How do You Determine the Price You Offer on My Mobile Home?

Great question. We determine the price we offer you by taking several factors into consideration such as the cost of repairs, your space rent, and what comparable mobile homes have recently sold for in your area. We take all these factors into consideration and more to come up with a fair offer that works for the both of us.

Are there any Fees or Commissions Involved?

This is one of the big differences between us and the traditional way of selling your mobile home. There are absolutely NO commissions when you sell to us and we pay for all the closing costs. We know that when you sell your mobile home the traditional way, all those commissions and closing costs can add up. By selling to us, you don’t have to worry about paying any of that.

Will You be Listing my Mobile Home or Actually Buying it?

We are NOT listing your home, we buy mobile homes from mobile home owners that meet our criteria. In other words, you already have the buyer and are dealing directly with the buyer. After we buy the mobile home, we completely remodel the home and resell it to another buyer.

How are you Different from an Agent?

Agents list mobile homes with the intention of finding someone to buy it. Typically to do this, an agent will hold open houses, take pictures, market the home, and show the home to potential buyers. The average mobile home takes between 120 – 180 days to sell. The agent commission varies but it can be $10,000 or 10% of the sales price of your mobile home and you are also usually responsible for a portion of the closing costs. Listing your home with an agent can be a good option if you can wait up to 180 days or more, continue to pay your lot rent, don’t mind holding open houses, can make requested repairs, and have the time to put the home back on the market if it falls out of escrow. With all this being said, listing your home can be a good option if you are looking to maximize your sales price. On the other hand, if you cant or don’t want to deal with all the things that come with selling your mobile home the traditional way, we believe we are the best option for you.

Is there any Obligation when I Submit my Information?

NO! There is absolutely NO obligation when you submit your information. Once you submit your information and we know enough about your home, we will schedule an appointment to see the home and give you an offer. From there it is completely your decision if you want to accept or reject our offer. And don’t worry, we will not hassle you after we give you the offer, it’s completely up to you to decide if our offer works for you.
